Senior Engineer – Operation & Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Development of infrastructure for O&M personnel.

• Ensure safe working conditions for staff in the powerhouse.

• Guarantee the proper execution of O&M procedures within the powerhouse.

• Ensure that resources are available for staff to effectively conduct daily O&M activities in the powerhouse.

• Plan the budget for site O&M expenditures.

• Authorize the issuance of work permits.

• Approve the purchase of materials and the distribution of materials from the store.

• Serve as the primary liaison between ANDRITZ and the client for all practical matters.

• Authorize the annual maintenance schedule and the annual overhaul plan.

• Supervise daily O&M operations at the powerhouse and dam.

• Coordinate with the local community and authorities to ensure the effective functioning of the O&M contract.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of hydro power plants.

• Completion of a post-diploma course in hydro power plant engineering.
