This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and government-regulated environments.
• Lead complex network initiatives from conception through execution.
• Create and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and data center networking solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and suggest enhancements for performance, resiliency, scalability, and security.
• Develop enterprise network standards, design documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Assess emerging technologies and propose strategic advancements.
• Oversee planning, implementation, testing, migration, and post-implementation support for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Server, IAM, Site Services, and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation efforts.
• Provide technical guidance during planning, budgeting, and business case development.
• Deliver Level 3/4 support and lead root cause analysis for significant incidents.
• Promote continuous improvement through monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.
• Engage in on-call support and critical incident response.
• Design secure network architectures for corporate and government settings.
• Ensure compliance with CMMC, NIST, CIS Controls, and FIPS, as well as internal and external audits.
• Mentor Network Engineers and offer technical leadership.
• Review designs, implementation plans, and change requests.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, documentation, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Leadership experience in complex infrastructure projects, cloud networking, and regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ISR/ASR, Cisco SD-WAN, Aruba CX, Aruba Wireless, and HPE Networking.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, VRF, QoS, MPLS, VPN, Multicast, and High Availability.
• Experience with Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Cisco Umbrella, TACACS+, RADIUS, 802.1X, PKI, MFA, and Zero Trust.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and hybrid networking.
• Skilled in Python, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center, Aruba Central, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Wireshark, and Git.
• Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Cisco CCIE, Aruba Certified Professional, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Palo Alto PCNSE, and CISSP.
• Ability to support corporate and government-regulated environments and compliance requirements, including CMMC, NIST, CIS Controls, and FIPS.
