Senior Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across teams, including UX and Payments, to create, develop, and sustain a smooth and accessible front-end web experience.

• Design and enhance innovative features, such as alternative payment integrations and adaptable scheduling models.

• Assume complete end-to-end technical ownership of intricate, long-term product features.

• Convert high-level business and product requirements into elegant, well-documented technical solutions.

• Produce high-quality, maintainable code across our streaming architectures and microservices.

• Actively identify, prioritize, and document structural inefficiencies within the codebase.

• Guide and elevate fellow engineers through pair programming and active knowledge sharing.

• Establish comprehensive automated testing to ensure system reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Extensive hands-on expertise in Golang and React.

• A strong, empathetic grasp of front-end engineering and user experience principles.

• Advanced understanding of microservices, distributed systems, data modeling, and A/B testing approaches.

• A proactive self-starter who can navigate complex codebases effectively.

• Comfortable leading both technical and non-technical alignment meetings.
