Senior Engagement Manager – Workday Success Plans

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Exhibit expertise in Workday's HCM and/or Financials product suite.

• Capable of thriving in a diverse, fast-paced environment while effectively collaborating across teams.

• Offer guidance to partner and client resources during customer-related concerns.

• Skilled in managing multiple projects and issues at the same time.

• Evaluate and ensure projects adhere to the established project timeline.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with the budget specifications outlined in the SOW.

• Act as a liaison for sales and partner relations by supplying data on partner implementation success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience leading Workday deployments.

• More than 3 years of experience deploying Workday in a Project Management role.

• Experience in supporting large, enterprise-level organizations.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in presenting at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings.

• Experience collaborating with customer project managers to proactively identify and resolve issues.
