Senior Endpoint Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, evaluate, plan, design, implement, test, and document customer implementation initiatives.

• Assist in migrating workloads to enterprise cloud solutions.

• Offer expert advice on Microsoft Endpoint management and security technologies, AVD, and similar products.

• Motivate and support customers, colleagues, and partners in fulfilling project objectives.

• Oversee technical delivery activities and recognize technology risks, impacts, and dependencies.

• Translate technical requirements into practical deployment and delivery actions.

• Create, configure, and document technology solutions.

• Serve as the technical lead for customer projects.

• Establish processes, documentation, and standards.

• Assist customers in assessing features and recommend additional solutions.

• Raise issues and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

• Manage assigned tasks and priorities in accordance with project timelines.

• Contribute to project planning and execution efforts.

• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship (clearable) is mandatory.

• Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may necessitate a background investigation lasting up to 10 years.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Responsibility for the successful technical delivery of customer projects.

• Experience in endpoint migrations to Entra or across tenants.

• Profound knowledge of cloud computing technologies with practical experience in one or more specified areas.

• Strong written, verbal, and face-to-face communication abilities.

• Capability to provide thought leadership in one or more practice domains.

• Proficiency in developing processes, documentation, and standards.

• Ability to function as the technical lead for customer projects and comprehend technology dependencies.

• Quick adaptability to new technical fields.

• Capacity to collaborate with both internal and external teams.

• Skill in resolving complex issues and recommending enhancements.

• Ability to assist customers in feature evaluation and solution suggestions.

• Competence in managing assigned tasks and priorities in line with project schedules.

• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (AZ-140), Microsoft SC-200 / MS-500 / AZ-500, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or equivalent cloud certifications.
