This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Delivers expert, reliable, and thorough guidance across the entire range of Human Resources functions concerning various employee relations issues.
• Manages intricate and sensitive HR, Human Rights, Compliance, Ethics, and Legal investigations for all divisions of the Company.
• Provides counsel, advice, and recommendations that align with all regulatory standards, company policies, and union agreements.
• Collaborates with the Legal, Compliance, Human Rights, and additional departments as needed.
• Offers guidance and direction on performance management plans and all facets of progressive discipline and documentation.
• Identifies underlying issues in employee engagement and applies conflict resolution techniques for both employees and managers.
• Adheres to service level agreements for timely responses and follows up on issues, including the appropriate use of the case management system.
• Appropriately escalates sensitive or critical matters.
• Educates, trains, and coaches managers on conflict management, critical conversations, performance management, harassment, and other HR-related subjects.
• Provides emergency response and crisis management assistance to employees.
• Conducts exit interviews with voluntarily departing employees when specifically requested.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree is preferable or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
• 8-12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree; 6+ years of experience with a master's degree in a progressively responsible role in Employee Relations.
• Desired experience in labor relations, including negotiations and educational efforts.
• Proficiency in HR-related software applications, such as case management systems and Workday, is preferred, along with familiarity with the complete suite of Microsoft Office products.
