This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Offer specialized knowledge in case management, performance enhancement, and adherence to policies
β’ Oversee escalated and high-risk employee relations situations
β’ Act as the main point of contact for site leadership teams
β’ Provide expert advice on the understanding and implementation of HR policies
β’ Mentor managers in conflict resolution and the development of performance improvement plans
β’ Assist with intricate employee separations
β’ Ensure precise and thorough documentation of employee relations matters
β’ Deliver outstanding service in all interactions
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
β’ Over 5 years of experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigative processes
β’ Proficiency in handling complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations
β’ Proven knowledge of employee relations practices, performance improvement strategies, and policy interpretation
β’ Proficient in English required
