• Take exclusive charge of a portfolio of high-value PersistIQ clients, conducting Kick Off Calls (KOCs) while gaining a thorough understanding of their business objectives and developing effective B2B email outreach strategies with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate on strategy, planning, and performance discussions for key accounts, serving as a strategic partner to both clients and the Senior Account Director.
• Actively monitor campaign performance against established benchmarks (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated), refine strategies, and identify growth opportunities to ensure clients consistently meet and surpass their outreach goals.
• Function as a senior advisor and mentor to junior and mid-level Account Managers, sharing best practices and nurturing their professional growth.
• Support the Senior Account Director in training new Account Managers, expediting their transition to productivity and team integration.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews, particularly in the absence of the Senior Account Director, ensuring smooth communication and continuity.
• Implement and enhance B2B email outreach campaigns, which includes drafting and reviewing content, sourcing and validating lead data from various channels, and discovering new targeting opportunities. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with client strategies and consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Utilize a top-tier AI tool suite daily (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Clay, Notebook LM, Gamma, etc.) to create high-quality campaign materials, advertising copy, creative ideas, lead enrichment, and strategic briefs with unmatched efficiency.
• Regularly provide strategic insights and proactive recommendations to clients, moving beyond mere reporting to foster measurable business impact and pipeline growth.
• Navigate challenging conversations, underperforming campaigns, and intricate client issues with confidence, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset, while assisting Account Managers in these situations, particularly in the absence of the Senior Account Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned to adapt to the evolving needs of our rapidly growing environment.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, with a strong preference for backgrounds in agency or SaaS environments.
• Proven success in managing and expanding high-value/VIP client portfolios, directly impacting retention, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, with the capability to guide and develop Account Managers in client strategy, outreach performance, and problem-solving.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, especially for complex client challenges.
• Strong expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing B2B email outreach campaigns, with a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators (deliverability, open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated).
• Practical experience with outbound and lead generation tools (e.g., PersistIQ, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms), encompassing lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting, utilizing them for messaging, campaign optimization, lead enrichment, and workflow efficiency.
• A background in roles focused on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development.
• Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple high-impact client relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
