📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of intricate Amazon technical standards and project requirements to guide strategic planning.

• Foster the creation of detailed engineering strategies, resource allocations, and project timelines that align with complex project scopes.

• Facilitate and critically assess multidisciplinary design initiatives to ensure seamless integration and compliance with the highest technical standards.

• Serve as the primary senior technical liaison for Amazon, building trust and steering strategic discussions throughout the FORTNA organization.

• Support the strategic procurement of materials and components, enhancing resource allocation and scheduling efficiency.

• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, leading by example to promote effective collaboration and integration across disciplines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or a related engineering program) from an accredited institution with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of pertinent engineering experience.

• Advanced proficiency in multidisciplinary engineering processes.

• Outstanding leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Extensive technical knowledge across various engineering disciplines.

• Skilled in project scheduling and resource management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.

• Functions with a high level of autonomy and addresses complex issues independently.

• Proactively identifies opportunities and implements effective solutions.
