Senior EIS Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensures oversight and strategic support for hospital and medical network service lines, fostering effective demand, prioritization, and resource management.

• Offers leadership, mentorship, and guidance for daily IT operations and administrative functions.

• Acts as a subject matter expert in applications and systems, guaranteeing cross-functional project integration and assignment execution.

• Directs the long-term strategic planning, design, development, and execution of technology objectives within service lines.

• Evaluates, documents, and budgets potential projects; engages in project resource planning; conducts ongoing monitoring and reporting on portfolio health.

• Manages all facets of a service line’s technology portfolio, including conceptualization, scoping, prioritization, and project initiation within the relevant service line.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over seven (7) years of experience in portfolio, program, and/or project management, demonstrating a successful track record in full life cycle information technology implementation projects, with proven execution on time and within budget.

• More than two (2) years of experience with Epic or other relevant software, certified in an applicable module is preferred.

• At least one (1) year of experience in healthcare IT portfolio or program management, with the capability to oversee large-scale IT systems implementations is preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM Certifications are preferred.
