
Senior Economic Damages Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee litigation projects focused on assessing economic damages.
• Conduct analyses and compile economic loss reports without being recognized as the testifying expert.
• Engage with current clients regarding document requests and communicate analytical findings, primarily in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Meet with clients, including in-person discussions, to collect data and information relevant to engagements.
• Prepare damage analyses by selecting methodologies and constructing and reviewing financial models.
• Supervise other consultants involved in tasks related to report preparation.
• Manage file organization and draft reports utilizing a collaborative team approach.
• Evaluate and analyze reports from opposing damages experts.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3–7 years of experience in assessing economic damages within personal injury or employment litigation contexts.
• Experience in evaluating economic damages in litigation scenarios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to produce high-quality expert reports.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong independent work ethic with proven leadership skills.
• Competence in effectively supporting and addressing client requirements.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
