
Senior Economic Damages Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee litigation projects to assess economic damages.
• Conduct analyses and generate economic loss reports without being recognized as the testifying expert.
• Communicate with existing clients regarding document requests and report analytical findings, primarily in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Engage with clients, including in-person meetings, to collect engagement data and information.
• Prepare damage analyses by identifying methodologies and constructing and reviewing financial models.
• Supervise other consultants performing tasks related to report preparation.
• Lead file management and create reports using a collaborative team approach.
• Evaluate and analyze reports from opposing damages experts.
• Assist in engagements related to personal injury, wrongful death, divorce, wage and hour disputes, business valuation, and other economic damage claims.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3–7 years of experience in evaluating economic damages within personal injury or employment litigation.
• Experience in assessing economic damages in litigation cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to produce high-quality expert reports.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong independent work ethic with proven leadership abilities.
• Capacity to effectively support and meet client needs.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with a strong quantitative focus.
• Preferred: Professional certifications such as CEA, CVA, or ABV, or significant progress toward relevant certifications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
