This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and cultivate a vibrant community of photographers and creators through social media, email, and owned channels, while spearheading brand awareness initiatives that establish the brand as the premium option in the camera bag market.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts across paid, organic, email and lifecycle, SEO, and content, with a strong focus on growth metrics and omnichannel performance in both DTC and B2B sectors.
• Create, manage, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Google (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, YouTube, Display) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), encompassing campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management.
• Strategize and implement product launch campaigns from initial teaser to post-launch, collaborating with creative, web, retail, and B2B teams.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance and streamline marketing workflows, including content generation, campaign briefs, creative iteration, and reporting, while staying updated on the latest AI marketing advancements.
• Evaluate performance data and adjust strategies swiftly, managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and providing clear reports on ROAS, CAC, and overall efficiency across channels.
• 6–10 years of marketing experience, particularly in scaling an early-stage DTC and B2B brand across various channels.
• Proven hands-on success in establishing and optimizing digital advertising on Google and Meta platforms, with a demonstrable history of enhancing ROAS and reducing CAC.
• Established omnichannel marketing expertise that encompasses paid, organic, lifecycle, SEO, content, and retail/B2B channels.
• Experience with marketing in diverse regions including Asia, North America, and Europe, with the capability to tailor brand and campaigns accordingly.
• Background in refining marketing processes using AI tools, including AI-driven design and creative platforms.
• Strong visual aesthetics, storytelling skills, and experience in building community and brand from the ground up.
• A genuine passion for or experience in photography and travel — having an insider's understanding of the customer is a significant advantage in this role.
