Shopify Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores.

• Work on Shopify themes by customizing layouts, styling, sections, and templates.

• Install and configure necessary Shopify apps.

• Optimize Shopify stores to enhance performance and speed.

• Manage Shopify API and webhook integrations along with third-party tools.

• Build and oversee Shopify websites when necessary.

• Edit and update HTML/CSS/JavaScript as required.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and compatibility across different browsers.

• Diagnose and resolve bugs and issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Shopify, including store setup, theme customization, and app integration.

• Familiarity with Liquid, Shopify’s templating language.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

• Capability to integrate third-party APIs and plugins.

• Awareness of SEO best practices for e-commerce.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

🏝️ Benefits

• This position offers a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 CAD. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
