Graphic Designer – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop and create innovative, strategic design concepts.

• Produce marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, which includes digital assets for blogs, social media, and email marketing.

• Effectively convey design concepts both verbally and visually to team members and clients.

• Collaborate with the design team to create and uphold brand standards, ensuring a high quality of work and a unified aesthetic across all materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a graphic designer, preferably in Email Marketing, demonstrating consistent results with one employer.

• Strong grasp of design principles.

• Availability of 30-35 hours per week (140 hours per month).

• Must be available and responsive between 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Monday to Friday).

• Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing (native language not required).

• Previous experience in remote work is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.

• A results-oriented mindset every day.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Must demonstrate accountability, consistency, and responsibility (radical ownership).

• Access to a laptop or PC with a fast and stable internet connection.
