This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of B2C and B2B SMB eCommerce revenue by setting targets, formulating the strategy, and achieving the goals.
• Create and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and retargeting) that effectively convert SMB buyers without the need for sales assistance.
• Manage our in-house paid strategy on Google and Meta, holding direct responsibility for budget management, creative direction, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Develop and oversee email and lifecycle marketing initiatives that guide SMB prospects from initial awareness through to purchase.
• Manage ACI Learning's reputation on platforms like G2 and Trustpilot, focusing on review generation, response strategies, and profile optimization.
• Create SMB audience segmentation and messaging that resonates with the buying behaviors and thought processes of small business buyers.
• Design and conduct A/B testing across various elements such as landing pages, ad creatives, email flows, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Leverage AI and agentic tools to automate workflows, enhance content and campaign production, and maintain a pace that exceeds the current headcount capacity.
• Develop dashboards to track revenue attribution and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, specifically focused on B2B SMB eCommerce.
• Proven track record of revenue ownership, with the ability to highlight specific campaigns and the associated financial results generated.
• Experience managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns independently, without sales team support for follow-ups.
• Established success in handling in-house paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with direct accountability for budget decisions.
• Strong background in email and lifecycle marketing using HubSpot or a comparable platform.
• Experience managing platforms like G2, Trustpilot, or similar review sites as a significant conversion tool, rather than an ancillary duty.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agentic workflows aimed at boosting your output and efficiency.
• Proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, and creating executive-level dashboards.
• Ability to work autonomously and act swiftly within a streamlined, high-accountability team environment.
