This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop and cultivate a vibrant community of photographers and creators through social media, email, and owned channels, while spearheading brand awareness efforts that establish the brand as the top choice in the camera bag sector.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives encompassing paid, organic, email and lifecycle strategies, SEO, and content, with a strong focus on growth metrics and omnichannel performance across DTC and B2B avenues.
• Design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, YouTube, Display) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), which includes structuring campaigns, segmenting audiences, testing creatives, and managing bids.
• Strategically plan and execute product launch campaigns from the teaser phase to post-launch, ensuring coordination among creative, web, retail, and B2B partners.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance and streamline marketing processes, including content creation, campaign briefs, creative iterations, and reporting, while remaining updated on the latest AI marketing advancements.
• Evaluate performance data and adapt swiftly, overseeing budgets, forecasting expenditures, and providing clear reports on ROAS, CAC, and blended efficiency across various channels.
• Over 6 years of marketing experience, featuring significant involvement in growing an early-stage DTC and B2B brand across diverse channels.
• Proven hands-on success in establishing and optimizing digital advertising on Google and Meta platforms, with a solid record of enhancing ROAS and reducing CAC.
• Established omnichannel marketing proficiency covering paid, organic, lifecycle, SEO, content, and retail/B2B channels.
• Experience in marketing across multiple regions including Asia, North America, and Europe, with the capability to adapt brand messaging and campaigns accordingly.
• Background in enhancing marketing processes using AI tools, including AI-driven design and creative platforms.
• Strong visual sensibility, storytelling skills, and experience in building community and brand from the ground up.
• A genuine passion for or background in photography and travel — possessing an insider's understanding of the customer offers a significant advantage in this position.
