Head of Growth and Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive growth strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging channels.

• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid advertising campaigns aimed at achieving profitable growth.

• Consistently enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while responsibly increasing advertising expenditure.

• Experiment with creative concepts, target audiences, offers, and messaging to optimize performance.

• Design and implement a high-impact content strategy across various social media platforms.

• Produce and manage captivating short-form video content that boosts both engagement and sales.

• Enhance the Shopify website to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

• Monitor essential marketing KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading growth or performance marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in scaling eCommerce or consumer brands.

• In-depth expertise in managing paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.

• Proven experience in creating high-performing short-form video content.

• Comprehensive understanding of Shopify and eCommerce conversion optimization strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar for enhancing marketing workflows.
