Senior Dynamics 365 App Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of the Enterprise Delivery team under the guidance of the Director of Dynamics Application Development.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions across various business sectors.

• Design and create enterprise web components in Dynamics 365 utilizing C#, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, CRM Plugins, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

• Create and implement new applications and automation processes.

• Extend and provide support for current Power Platform solutions.

• Document and oversee application interfaces and architecture.

• Develop and record architecture for enterprise applications and associated integrations.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, digital agents, IT partners, product owners, business users, technical leads, and leadership.

• Assess and recommend solutions, define requirements, evaluate business value, and generate specifications.

• Implement Agile best practices while also supporting waterfall and/or Agile SDLC projects.

• Establish development and design standards for enterprise application teams.

• Create and develop integrated business solutions across various Azure enterprise platforms.

• Stay informed on emerging trends in enterprise application platforms and evaluate their significance and impact.

• Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to timelines, quality standards, acceptance criteria, and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of IT development experience is required.

• Experience in operational and/or incident management is a plus.

• At least 1 year of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform with Azure Development, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIM.

• Proficient understanding of Dataverse and data modeling.

• Experience in data migration and data integration is advantageous.

• Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, languages, and frameworks is a plus.

• Required experience working on a project team employing waterfall and/or Agile SDLC methodologies; Agile is preferred.

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are a plus.

• Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in code reviews, coding standards, continuous integration, and pair programming.

• Background in the insurance industry and/or completion of LOMA coursework is beneficial.
