Senior DWX Microsoft Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the platform owner for endpoints within our organization — the engineer responsible for the provisioning, security, management, and retirement of every device.

• Your responsibilities encompass Intune, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Configuration Manager (where applicable), and the entire M365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Purview.

• You will establish the standards for deploying, patching, hardening, and evolving these platforms.

• You will integrate AI and automation into the operational framework of DWX.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have over 7 years of experience engineering Microsoft platforms in regulated environments, preferably in legal, insurance, or financial services.

• You possess expert-level proficiency in Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and the M365 administrative stack.

• You are fluent in PowerShell, comfortable with Graph API, and have developed real CI/CD pipelines for endpoint and M365 workloads using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Git is second nature to you.

• You have a solid understanding of endpoint security, including Defender for Endpoint, attack surface reduction, BitLocker, Credential Guard, application control, and the foundational concepts of zero trust.

• You recognize identity as the new perimeter and can engineer solutions accordingly.

• You stay up to date with industry developments, follow key voices in the field, read the Microsoft tech community, monitor CVEs pertinent to your stack, and maintain informed opinions on the future of AI and its implications for the digital workplace over the next two years.
