Senior Division Order Analyst – Oil & Gas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently manage intricate ownership issues

• Oversee Take-in-Kind (TIK) processes

• Execute complex DOI and ownership calculations

• Analyze title opinions

• Facilitate ownership transfers and modifications

• Address suspense and curative matters

• Compute royalty, ORRI, and working interests

• Rectify complex ownership inconsistencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Division Order

• Proficient in TIK processes

• Capability to interpret title documents and perform complex decimal calculations

• Strong knowledge of oil and gas ownership

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

• Willingness to engage with technology and AI

• CDOA certification and experience with leading oil and gas operators is advantageous
