This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Overseeing a team of field-based Oncology Sales Specialists responsible for strategizing and implementing territory business plans for innovative oncology products.
• Showcasing business and clinical knowledge while formulating a strategic plan to steer the team toward achieving sales objectives within a designated budget.
• Exhibiting strong leadership capabilities to cultivate a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team while nurturing individual talent and overseeing performance management.
• Engaging with both internal and external customers to shape our business initiatives in a manner that benefits the suitable patients.
• Operating in the field with minimal oversight, swiftly adapting to changes, and demonstrating comprehension of pharmaceutical and biotech regulatory and promotional standards.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least eight (8) years of pertinent work experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in significant commercial roles.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others toward success.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States and a readiness to travel as necessary, up to 40%; this may include overnight or weekend travel.
