This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Recruit, nurture, and maintain a team that embodies Snowflake's criteria for success.
• Guide, empower, and inspire a high-achieving field sales team to surpass targets.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, ensuring effective account assignments and coverage.
• Promote rapid adoption and utilization of Snowflake's platform among an enterprise customer base.
• Oversee strategic account planning with your team, engaging with C-level executives, aligning product roadmaps, and monitoring consumption.
• Conduct weekly forecast reviews with the Country Manager BeNeLux, providing precise and insightful pipeline reports.
• Manage complex legal negotiations and eliminate technical and commercial hurdles to facilitate closures.
• Partner with marketing on demand generation initiatives, taking responsibility for field participation and measurable ROI.
• Establish and cultivate a regional partner network, including SIs, ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscaler partners (AWS, Microsoft, and others).
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of Snowflake's platform and ecosystem to direct your team on sales strategies, technical positioning, and escalation management.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of first-line sales management experience, leading senior Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS or cloud setting.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing revenue targets in expansion or consumption-driven business models.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier sales professionals.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Strategic thinker capable of transforming market insights into actionable territory and account plans.
• Experience in building and utilizing a partner ecosystem to enhance pipeline and revenue.
• Exceptional skills in communication, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• A proactive, energetic mindset with the resilience and determination to succeed in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
