Senior Distinguished Engineer, Full Stack – Finance Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Coach and elevate the technical skills of the engineering and product teams

• Work directly on high-level challenges, including multi-tenancy, real-time insights, centralized anomaly detection and action, and agentic patterns for Finance business orchestration

• Mentor and develop senior engineering talent

• Promote technical excellence and innovation while ensuring solutions are scalable and resilient

• Create clear communications, code examples, blog articles, and other knowledge-sharing resources

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop an AI-driven platform for comprehensive Finance business process automation

• Define contemporary technology strategies and solutions to meet future stakeholder requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture

• Proficiency in enterprise architecture and design patterns

• Expertise in software specializations

• Familiarity with web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks

• Experience throughout the complete ML development lifecycle using AI and ML frameworks

• Knowledge of cloud computing, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud

• Experience with data architecture

• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Preferred: Over 10 years of professional coding experience in widely used languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Swift

• Preferred: More than 10 years of professional experience covering the entire system development lifecycle, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies

• Experience utilizing interactive AI tools beyond basic code completion
