• Engage in hands-on full-stack development (frontend, backend, data processing, automation).

• Oversee the customer acquisition data ecosystem, equipping analysts with high-quality data feeds to enrich understanding of consumer sentiment, customer behavior, and market trends, while also improving credit decision modeling.

• Lead the design and execution of new credit and lending features, crafting financial products specifically tailored to meet individual customer needs.

• Enhance conversion funnel optimization by creating entirely new platform elements for real-time customer experience personalization and conversational finance management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.

• At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks).

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams (50+ engineers across various management levels).

• More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems architecture, or platform engineering.

• At least 10 years of professional experience coding in widely used programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Swift.

• Over 10 years of professional experience managing the complete lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Extensive experience with API design, microservices architecture, and platform evolution in high-availability, high-throughput environments.

• Proven experience in designing, managing, and analyzing user behavior, online A/B tests, and growth engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to jointly own product strategy — rather than merely processing tickets.

• A solid track record of successfully executing large-scale migrations, designing and launching replacement systems without interrupting production traffic or feature development.

• Experience in designing and optimizing real-time streaming and batch data flows, enterprise data marts, and model execution engines.
