• Develop, manage, and continuously enhance the enterprise talent strategy.
• Align workforce strategy with enterprise planning cycles.
• Act as a trusted executive and strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Take ownership and set the direction for the enterprise organizational development strategy.
• Lead initiatives related to culture, performance enablement, and values activation.
• Create and implement scalable change management frameworks.
• Direct enterprise-wide organizational design initiatives.
• Establish and uphold governance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Total Rewards leadership.
• Work alongside Finance and Strategy teams.
• Provide leadership in workforce matters during restructuring.
• Direct labor relations strategy with a focus on constructive, good-faith engagement.
• Partner with the chief negotiator during collective bargaining processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the collective bargaining agreement.
• Oversee the entire grievance lifecycle.
• Address complex employee relations issues effectively.
• Ensure prompt, objective, and fair investigations.
• Manage updates to people policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Maintain robust partnerships with both in-house and external employment and labor counsel.
• Champion enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, and performance enablement initiatives.
• Ensure that organizational development efforts are aligned with the overall people strategy.
• Define and promote the vision for performance enablement.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessments of culture, engagement, and organizational health.
• Establish and continually refine the organization's staffing and hiring strategy.
• Set the strategic and technical direction for the applicant tracking system.
• Strong commitment to Tides’ mission of empowering communities facing systemic barriers.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in aligning People strategies with organizational objectives.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven experience in driving transformational change.
• Successful track record in leading core HR functions.
• Experience in leading negotiations for collective bargaining agreements.
• Capability to collaborate with senior leaders to assess and resolve complex employee issues.
• Dedication to engaging, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills.
