
Senior Director β Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Develop and sustain strategic enterprise partnerships with senior executives to grasp business priorities, workforce challenges, and long-term talent requirements.
β’ Recognize future-oriented Talent Management prospects and provide counsel to senior leadership on strategic personnel decisions and organizational risks.
β’ Convert global talent metrics, trends, and analytics into actionable insights.
β’ Offer strategic guidance, governance, and escalation support to Talent Management Directors and People & Culture partners.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and senior leaders to foresee capability gaps and refine talent pipelines.
β’ Supervise performance management, talent evaluations, succession planning, retention strategies, employee experience, and enterprise survey initiatives.
β’ Oversee internal communications related to talent programs, organizational changes, and people initiatives.
β’ Work alongside Talent Development to enhance leadership and employee development programs.
β’ Coach and guide senior leadership teams while mentoring global Talent Management professionals.
β’ Provide strategic advice on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with global policies and legal standards.
β’ Track organizational health indicators and update policies and talent programs as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with Legal on global regulatory updates and policy modifications.
β’ Act as a global ambassador for DEIB, integrating inclusion, equity, and belonging into talent programs.
β’ Spearhead organizational change management, design, and transformation initiatives.
β’ Evaluate compensation, rewards, and recognition practices, offering strategic recommendations.
β’ Lead, develop, and motivate a global Talent Management team.
β’ Function as a key member of the People & Culture leadership team and representative in senior leadership discussions.
β’ Manage global onboarding processes and assess offboarding practices.
β’ Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and People & Culture teams to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and seamless employee lifecycle management.
β’ Analyze talent and workforce data, escalate issues as needed, and ensure adherence to global policies and operational standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
β’ 8β10 years of global HR experience is essential.
β’ Previous experience as an HR generalist.
β’ Proficient in business partnering.
β’ Familiarity with global employment best practices.
β’ Experience managing an HR team.
β’ Background in change management.
β’ Proven track record in driving employee engagement.
β’ Experience in Learning & Development.
β’ Knowledge of managing employee relations cases.
β’ Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
β’ Strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
β’ Skilled in conflict resolution.
β’ Coaching and feedback capabilities.
β’ Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement practical solutions.
β’ Understanding of organizational culture and how to influence it.
β’ Must possess the right to live and work in the United States.
