This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing Hyperscale & AI Strategy & Planning team.
• Take ownership of the team vision and roadmap while promoting career development and mentorship.
• Create and implement annual and long-term strategic sales plans.
• Identify and spearhead go-to-market transformation initiatives across global markets.
• Leverage AI, business intelligence, and statistical tools to deliver GTM recommendations and competitive insights.
• Distill complex data into persuasive executive communications for COO and SVP leadership.
• Provide counsel to the Sales Leadership Team regarding a multi-billion-dollar Americas Sales business.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, sales, corporate strategy, and finance.
• Optimize resource distribution across various regions and products.
• Enhance sales organization design.
• Propel cross-functional execution of strategic priorities.
• Manage programs lasting approximately 6–12 months to completion.
• Generate executive-level content and engage in executive discussions.
• 12+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
• BA/BS degree.
• Background in a mid-to-large-sized technology company or strategy consulting firm.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, distributed teams.
• Experience in aligning Sales, Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Finance departments.
• In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and key performance metrics.
• Familiarity with direct sales or channel sales, including resell, MSP, MSSP, Webscale, or Service Provider channels.
• Capability to derive business insights from complex data sets.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with executive sales leaders to meet growth objectives.
• Preferred experience in Hyperscale and AI business sectors.
• Extensive experience working with executive leadership across various functional areas.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Proven record of cross-functional collaboration and achieving successful outcomes in a matrixed setting.
• Experience managing programs with durations of approximately 6–12 months to completion.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in public speaking and engaging with partners at all organizational levels.
• Experience producing executive-level content and conducting executive conversations.
• Ability to frame and structure business challenges and prioritize initiatives.
• Experience in conducting intricate quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Ability to craft executive-level narratives with actionable recommendations.
• Data-specialist capability to identify results and opportunities that inspire action.
• Knowledge of CRM and project management tools.
• MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Readiness to undertake diverse roles and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
