This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at exceeding short-, mid-, and long-term objectives, goals, and quotas for Cohesity's data security and cyber resilience offerings.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key enterprise clients and essential technology and channel partners, ensuring Cohesity is recognized as a reliable platform for risk mitigation, ransomware resilience, and recovery solutions.
• Build and direct a high-performing team of sales leaders and personnel (including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel leadership) acknowledged for operational excellence and execution discipline.
• Foster and sustain strong connections with functional and executive leaders to align regional priorities with corporate strategy and global processes.
• Recruit, develop, and expand a vibrant partner ecosystem and OEM alliances to broaden market presence and expedite deal velocity.
• Guide teams through intricate, high-value enterprise opportunities by promoting disciplined pipeline management, precise forecasting, and consistent execution routines.
• Provide insights on market dynamics and customer feedback regarding security trends, competitive landscapes, and field requirements to inform the go-to-market strategy.
• Proven track record in leading extensive, multi-layer enterprise sales organizations (including managers of managers) within a fast-paced, highly competitive landscape.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise data security and cyber resilience, encompassing ransomware recovery, risk and compliance factors, and the ability to mentor leaders on security-focused value conversations.
• History of achieving significant growth through disciplined operational practices, pipeline scrutiny, and rigorous forecasting.
• Demonstrated capability in cultivating strategic customer relationships and partner ecosystems, with experience in strengthening OEM and alliance partnerships.
• Proficient in guiding and supporting intricate, high-value deal cycles involving complex terms, conditions, and stakeholder environments.
• Highly regarded leader who upholds and expects rigorous standards for themselves and their wider team.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and facilitate decision-making.
• Must possess proficiency in English (capable of engaging with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized context).
