πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and implement a regional partner strategy that aligns with global goals.

β€’ Cultivate and expand relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud service providers, and MSPs.

β€’ Identify, onboard, and empower high-potential partners.

β€’ Promote joint selling, co-marketing initiatives, and growth of partner-sourced pipelines.

β€’ Execute scalable partner programs that include enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF.

β€’ Set KPIs and reporting systems to evaluate impact.

β€’ Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth partner engagement and execution.

β€’ Lead regional partner managers while nurturing a culture of collaboration and accountability.

β€’ Represent Solace at industry events and executive forums.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5-10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise technology.

β€’ Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs across various regions.

β€’ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

β€’ Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue results.

β€’ Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.

β€’ Ability to work without sponsorship is required.
