• Formulate and implement a regional partnership strategy that aligns with global goals.
• Develop and expand relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud service providers, and MSPs.
• Identify, onboard, and empower high-potential partners.
• Drive collaborative selling, co-marketing initiatives, and the growth of partner-sourced pipelines.
• Execute scalable partner programs, including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF.
• Set KPIs and create reporting frameworks to assess impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth partner engagement and execution.
• Lead regional partner managers while cultivating a culture of cooperation and accountability.
• Represent Solace at industry events and executive forums.
• 5-10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within the enterprise technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling partner programs across various regions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with partner-led go-to-market models and achieving measurable revenue results.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to work without sponsorship.
