⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) with 12 years of experience practicing as an in-house attorney.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven track record of presenting to the board and leading or coordinating risk management initiatives.

• Familiarity with and experience in the role of General Counsel or a similar position (Associate General Counsel/Deputy General Counsel).

• Experience and enthusiasm for advising, presenting to, and composing materials for senior organizational leaders.

• Exhibit strong executive presence.
