This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee 1-2 major account relationships, focusing on stakeholder management, promoting balanced growth, and uncovering partnership and cross-selling opportunities.
• Take charge of the overall strategic growth plan for accounts, ensuring alignment and execution by managing internal and customer stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies for the entire territory or market segment.
• Provide engaging demonstrations that effectively showcase the product’s value proposition.
• Identify potential clients, build a sales pipeline, and conduct insightful, consultative meetings with prospects to evaluate their needs and understand their processes and current systems.
• Collaborate closely with executive management and various internal teams including Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university.
• Over 10 years of experience successfully managing the complete sales cycle (from cold calling to closing) for a complex SaaS solution.
• Proven experience in selling software to VPs of Clinical Development, VP Clinical Operations, Clinical Trial Leaders, CROs, and CxOs within life sciences companies engaged in clinical research.
• Demonstrated track record of surpassing revenue targets, consistently achieving 7-figure annual sales goals.
• Familiarity with native SaaS solutions and their distinct advantages compared to on-premise alternatives.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including proficiency in video/web presentations.
