This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• The Resident Regional Director (RRD) oversees the operations of multiple offices or locations within a client contract.
• This role provides leadership, motivation, accountability, and development for all MCS associates, ensuring that the client account meets quality standards and financial goals.
• The RRD is tasked with identifying sales opportunities through the expansion of client and referral business.
• It is essential to ensure that client accounts fulfill contractual obligations, adhere to company policies and procedures, and cultivate a positive work culture.
• The Director will lead the client relationship within the approved budget, delivering maximum value to the client.
• Responsibilities include identifying potential business expansion, generating proposals, and securing new business to meet financial and sales targets for the assigned area under optimal client terms.
• Collaborating with MCS Business Development to review all RFPs, pricing, and service agreements is a vital part of the role.
• Maintain a database (Salesforce) for prospects and new business opportunities.
• Attend networking events and engage in trade associations.
• Develop and sustain client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure that daily notes from the field are reviewed with operations teams.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer emails throughout the day.
• Oversee payroll to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Conduct weekly operations meetings and monthly training sessions.
• Partner with the Operations team to address service deficiencies, and if necessary, conduct site visits with the team during and after business hours.
• Develop and implement sustainable action plans as required.
• Perform monthly P&L reviews with the operations teams.
• Manage and ensure effective communication between facility locations, Office Management, and all corporate departments.
• Create and implement an onboarding schedule for all new hires and account transitions.
• Oversee the performance of operations teams, including evaluating, coaching, developing, and disciplining members as necessary.
• Effectively utilize and understand MasterCorp’s scheduling program, MasterMind.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices for accuracy and budget adherence.
• Efficiently manage subcontractor agreements to ensure quality and budget expectations are met.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in a field directly related to this position, with proven success in multi-site leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, site staff, and MasterCorp employees through both written and verbal channels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and delegating as necessary.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Availability to work irregular hours, including weekends and after hours.
