This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Develops annual strategic execution plans for business categories in alignment with the company's overall annual strategic direction.
β’ Engages and involves field leadership through effective communication, education, and ongoing follow-up.
β’ Formulates and implements division growth initiatives (both quarterly and annually) to capitalize on business category opportunities and meet forecast expectations.
β’ Analyzes customer trends within the division and executes strategies to achieve sales objectives.
β’ Collaborates with owners, office personnel, and division leaders to attain targeted outcomes.
β’ Shapes the strategic direction and marketing plans for business categories by providing insights on product effectiveness, opportunities, and patient needs and responses.
β’ Reports any product issues, potential loss of key patients, or competitive sales strategies that may impact division growth positively or negatively.
β’ Keeps informed about business category products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activities, and other relevant information beneficial to Aspen or our patients.
β’ Utilizes this knowledge to develop strategies and tactics aimed at driving growth in the business line.
β’ Regularly provides education to owners, office staff, and division leaders on business category products, innovations, and sales opportunities to foster full engagement and achieve desired results.
β’ Monitors the performance of the business category, rewards high-performing teams, and implements improvement plans for teams that show potential for growth.
β’ Carries out centrally planned contests and incentives for the division.
β’ Continuously nurtures relationships with business category suppliers, staying current on product features, benefits, and opportunities.
β’ Advises owners on business category opportunities and applications relevant to patient treatment plans.
β’ Identifies key growth drivers and consults office staff on how to recognize and leverage opportunities.
β’ Coaches and develops field leadership and office staff to enhance performance and capabilities, collaborates with Regional Managers to address performance concerns, and provides constructive feedback while guiding Regional Managers in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, such as in dental supply sales, orthodontics, lab work, or implants.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, product lines, or areas of business, leading to financial growth.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong business acumen, with experience in data analysis and sales planning.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned division.
