β€’ Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with accounts.

β€’ Meet designated sales (order intake) and revenue goals through effective management of the sales pipeline and proficient closing techniques.

β€’ Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.

β€’ Ensure precise CRM documentation and accurate forecasting.

β€’ Create and implement territory and account strategies.

β€’ Establish and nurture customer relationships.

β€’ Collaborate across departments to provide comprehensive solutions.

β€’ Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

β€’ Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.

β€’ Travel within the designated territory for customer engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.

β€’ Over 7 years of experience in solution-based sales.

β€’ Extensive experience in retail market sales.

β€’ Proven track record of engaging senior-level decision-makers.

β€’ Demonstrated ability in new business development.

β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

β€’ Documented proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
