This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with accounts.
β’ Meet designated sales (order intake) and revenue goals through effective management of the sales pipeline and proficient closing techniques.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
β’ Ensure precise CRM documentation and accurate forecasting.
β’ Create and implement territory and account strategies.
β’ Establish and nurture customer relationships.
β’ Collaborate across departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
β’ Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
β’ Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.
β’ Travel within the designated territory for customer engagements.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in solution-based sales.
β’ Extensive experience in retail market sales.
β’ Proven track record of engaging senior-level decision-makers.
β’ Demonstrated ability in new business development.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β’ Documented proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
