📋 Description

• Executive Engagement: Serve as a peer to CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders, guiding them through the dynamic AI landscape.

• Solution Direction: Collaborate with Field Engineers to create comprehensive AI adoption strategies across the enterprise, addressing challenges without getting overwhelmed by implementation details.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the customer’s perspective externally, providing valuable insights and challenges to Cursor's internal product and go-to-market teams.

• Technical Strategy: Facilitate architectural discussions regarding the evaluation of Cursor at a systems level, customizing narratives to align with various customer technology stacks.

• Leadership Experience: Typically requires previous experience in roles such as engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader within complex organizations.

• Technical Fluency: Profound knowledge of modern engineering organization structures, challenges in developer productivity, and AI/LLM tools.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding external-facing executive presence, capable of linking technical abilities directly to business and organizational outcomes.
