Director of Professional Services – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of consultants and specialists across the Americas.

• Accountable for financial performance and business expansion for LS Retail Professional Services in the region.

• Manage client engagements while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Provide support to clients and consultants to guarantee service delivery and enhance professional development.

• Supervise daily operations and conduct performance evaluations of team members.

• Develop and sustain the LS Retail Consulting team within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field, along with equivalent education and professional experience.

• Over 5 years of leadership and management experience in a professional services firm with direct reports.

• More than 10 years of experience with ERP systems and implementation projects.

• Knowledge of LS Retail functionality and implementation is a significant advantage.

• Strong organizational, presentation, analytical, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with C-level clients.

• Experience in implementing both custom-built and packaged software solutions.

• Skilled in estimating work efforts within a professional services context.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering timely results.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
