Senior Delivery Director – General Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial and operational aspects of clinical delivery for a portfolio of studies to ensure timely or early completion, within or below budget.

• Collaborate with Regional Heads in the Clinical Network to maintain appropriate resource allocation and productivity levels across the portfolio of studies.

• Enhance contribution margin in clinical delivery through effective financial management and accountability.

• Foster and promote a culture of learning within the organization.

• Work closely with leadership to drive and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, as well as clinical research (pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO).

• At least 6 years of experience in Drug Delivery Project Management.

• Experience in building broader client relationships and business development.

• Proven track record in clinical delivery.

• Strong financial acumen.
