Senior Director, Service and Repair Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute the APAC Service & Repair delivery strategy that aligns with customer needs as well as global and regional business priorities.

• Oversee service delivery performance in the region, ensuring excellent outcomes in safety, quality, service levels, cost efficiency, margin optimization, revenue generation, and organizational health.

• Enhance the regional service operating model through established governance, standardized processes, and uniform performance management.

• Promote service commercialization throughout APAC in collaboration with Operating Units and commercial teams to increase service uptake and profitability.

• Provide regional insights to inform the global S&R strategy and assist in the rollout of global tools, systems, and standards in the APAC region.

• Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to bolster service capabilities, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, nurture, and mentor a diverse regional leadership team while cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing development within the APAC service organization.

• Establish effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and represent the S&R organization to customers and external partners as necessary.

• Anticipate travel requirements of approximately 20-30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including over 10 years in managerial roles; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of pertinent experience, including over 10 years in management.

• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional organization within a multicultural matrix environment involving teams across multiple sub-regions.

• Strong capability to forge robust partnerships across the organization and influence strategic decisions and direction.

• Proficiency in building effective relationships and representing the S&R function to customers and external stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset to develop and implement S&R strategies.
