This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete revenue lifecycle for Scientific Support Services within designated Life Sciences accounts, responsible for achieving annual revenue and continuous improvement (CI) goals.
• Act as a strategic consultant to Account Directors, developing and implementing growth strategies from the creation of the pipeline to the signing of contracts.
• Foster disciplined pipeline creation, qualification, and conversion to ensure that pursuits progress efficiently and close within the established timeline.
• Spearhead solution design, value proposition formulation, and pricing strategies to stand out in competitive pursuits.
• Direct and negotiate competitive RFPs, renewals, and scope expansions, while managing change controls and optimizing profit margins.
• Collaborate closely with Client Growth Sales and Work Dynamics Product & Solutions teams to guarantee that offerings are market-ready, scalable, and financially sound.
• Create and implement renewal and expansion roadmaps, focusing on client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
• Utilize strong commercial judgment to balance client value, risk, delivery capability, and profitability; proactively manage commercial risks and quickly resolve barriers to deal closure.
• Identify, package, and scale repeatable solutions and best practices to facilitate growth across the Life Sciences platform.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client purchasing behaviors to guide solution and pricing strategies.
• Manage disciplined pipeline oversight, forecasting, and performance reporting for account and executive leadership.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Work Dynamics services, JLL Technologies (JLLT), and product offerings to effectively position integrated solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or revenue leadership positions.
• At least 10 years of experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• A minimum of 5 years in solutions development, commercialization, or complex deal structuring.
• Proven ability to finalize complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at the executive level.
• A demonstrated history of managing a high-value, multi-deal opportunity pipeline simultaneously.
