This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the annual and quarterly go-to-market strategy, which encompasses segmentation, territory design, capacity modeling, coverage modeling, and quota establishment.
• Provide the analytical groundwork for compensation frameworks and take ownership of target setting and monitoring.
• Create materials for quarterly business reviews.
• Define key performance indicators, activity benchmarks, and milestones for revenue roles.
• Manage the forecasting methodology and its regular schedule.
• Develop the reporting infrastructure for pipeline management, funnel health, conversion rates, retention, expansion, and board-level commercial reporting.
• Establish models for attribution and return on investment (ROI).
• Enhance full-funnel processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Oversee quote-to-cash processes, including deal structuring, approvals, renewals, and expansion frameworks.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the revenue engine.
• Manage the go-to-market technology stack, which includes architecture, integrations, evaluations, and rationalization.
• Drive the customer data infrastructure and maintain the governed Snowflake layer architecture.
• Supervise the development of the Maxio enterprise billing and metering system.
• Establish the operational foundation for product-led growth.
• Define the adoption of commercial AI, its applications, and methods for impact measurement.
• Build signal intelligence and automate revenue processes.
• Lead, develop, and expand the Revenue & Growth Operations team.
• Collaborate with VP and C-level executives across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
• Communicate priorities effectively and make intentional scaling trade-offs.
• 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Commercial Operations within the B2B SaaS sector.
• 8+ years of leadership experience with direct reports and visibility at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in building or scaling a Revenue Operations function in a growth-stage company.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SaaS metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), net revenue retention (NRR), and forecast accuracy.
• Experience in translating data into strategic executive decisions.
• Background in leading GTM planning, segmentation, territory design, capacity modeling, and providing compensation input in collaboration with Finance.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the broader GTM systems ecosystem.
• Capability to operate at the architecture level with schemas, data models, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of billing or subscription management platforms.
• Practical experience in applying AI within a commercial or operational context.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in private equity-backed or diligence-ready SaaS environments is a plus.
