Senior Director, Reporting & Analytics – Patient Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with both internal and external clients, data suppliers, and various third-party organizations.

• Improving and implementing team objectives by utilizing data and analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.

• Providing business requirements and technical specifications for the data science team.

• Overseeing project coordination and management, delivering presentations to executive leadership, and engaging with clients.

• Assisting clients and business partners through operational excellence, strategic insight, and effective project prioritization and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics/Statistics, or a related field.

• Over 11 years of experience in data and analytics, specifically with expertise in Patient Hub/CRM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Market Access data.

• Familiarity with cloud storage solutions, Tableau, PowerBI, and other data visualization tools.

• Understanding of copay assistance programs, including coupons, PAP, bridge programs, copay accumulators/maximizers, and other prominent industry initiatives.

• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and knowledgeable in Snowflake.

• Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure are preferred.
