Senior Director, Quote to Cash Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of NICE's end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation reactivation.

• Act as the internal business leader and primary liaison with the external systems integration partner.

• Manage the current program governance effectively.

• Re-engage Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, and functional stakeholders to facilitate clear decisions, trade-offs, and business outcomes.

• Provide senior sponsors with a credible, fact-based overview of program status, risks, and delivery confidence.

• Monitor and report on value realization in relation to the outcomes that truly matter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Non-negotiable: Must have led or been directly accountable for an enterprise-level quote-to-cash, CPQ, billing, or revenue recognition transformation — not merely advisory experience.

• Must be comfortable managing a large, complex, multi-year program without needing extensive time to familiarize with the domain.

• Should be a credible counterpart to an external systems integration team and CIO-level technology leadership — able to challenge scope, timeline, and delivery assumptions rather than just relaying them.

• Must have previously restarted or salvaged a stalled transformation.

• Act as a translator rather than a bureaucrat — capable of transforming a stalled, complex enterprise program into progress while providing executives with a clear and honest view of status, risks, and business case integrity.

• Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, and executive sponsors who do not report to you.
