Regional Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement, CV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-person education regarding access and reimbursement issues.

• Collaborate with essential members of therapeutic area offices to enhance patient access.

• Assess challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the regional and local access environment.

• Partner with cross-functional teams within NPC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Preferred educational background in business and/or biological sciences.

• An advanced degree is favored.

• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals/biotech sector, concentrating on Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, and/or account management.

• Minimum of 2 years in a Patient Services support role for specialty product(s).

• Experience working with highly complex practices and/or healthcare systems.

• Proven track record in strategic account management.

• Extensive knowledge in integrating manufacturer-sponsored patient support initiatives.

• Familiarity with reimbursement pathways (specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, retail).
