This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and spearhead the growth strategy for North America Open Enrollment, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives, market expansion goals, and enterprise commercial targets.
• Evolve Open Enrollment from a programmatic service into a strategic growth and opportunity generation mechanism.
• Create a scalable commercial activation strategy that enhances awareness, engagement, conversion rates, and long-term client value.
• Convert market growth priorities into actionable go-to-market strategies, investment plans, and operational execution roadmaps.
• Act as a strategic advisor to North American leadership regarding growth opportunities, funnel performance, market trends, and commercial activation priorities.
• Oversee the development and execution of strategies for converting OE to enterprise that expedite pipeline generation and create enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Enterprise Sales leadership to refine demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), lead activation, and conversion efficiency.
• Establish frameworks for lead management, service-level agreements (SLAs), activation processes, and commercial operating rhythms to bolster conversion and accountability.
• Identify high-intent prospect segments and implement targeted activation strategies, such as OE participant engagement, abandoned cart recovery, nurture campaigns, partnerships, and event follow-up.
• Implement strategies designed to enhance enterprise client engagement and foster the development of long-term commercial relationships.
• Maintain visibility of commercial performance across the OE growth funnel, monitoring registrations, lead conversion, opportunity creation, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contributions.
• Set KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance mechanisms that facilitate data-driven commercial decision-making.
• Analyze market, campaign, pipeline, and conversion data to uncover growth opportunities, operational gaps, and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership to synchronize growth investments and prioritize initiatives with the most significant commercial impact.
• Drive the transformation of the OE operating model towards growth-oriented execution, commercial accountability, and enterprise alignment.
• Propel cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Client Operations, Service Delivery, Partnerships, and Customer Success to enhance client experience and growth execution.
• Identify and enact process improvements, automation prospects, and scalable systems that boost efficiency, speed, and conversion performance.
• Ensure operational alignment between OE strategy, enterprise sales priorities, and delivery capabilities.
• Lead the North America OE Partnerships strategy to broaden market reach, client engagement, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Define partnership objectives, success metrics, and activation strategies that align with enterprise growth priorities.
• Assess emerging market opportunities, competitive trends, and industry shifts to guide strategic growth decisions.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing Prosci’s brand visibility, market presence, and competitive positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team members focused on growth, aligned with commercial priorities and organizational values.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Enhance organizational capabilities in growth activation, pipeline development, and cross-functional commercial execution.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles encompassing enterprise sales, growth strategy, revenue operations, demand generation, business development, or go-to-market leadership.
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies linked to measurable revenue and pipeline outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong grasp of enterprise funnel dynamics, lead conversion, account-based marketing, and commercial activation strategies.
• Experience collaborating closely with leaders in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to drive enterprise growth outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to establish KPIs, governance structures, operational cadences, and accountability frameworks.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• Experience in leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
