Senior Director, Program Management – Tailored Solutions

📋 Description

• Transform insights from the Office of the CEO into a multi-year Tailored Solutions strategy that harmonizes unique customer requirements with the scalability of a global platform and long-term profitability.

• Formulate strategic hypotheses and conduct focused Tailored Solutions experiments.

• Impact core engineering and cross-module roadmaps to foster sustainable ARR growth.

• Provide counsel to business leaders and the CEO’s office.

• Ensure transparency in the strategic roadmap and manage expectations for key global partnerships.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and inform essential platform enhancements for emerging threats.

• Work alongside go-to-market teams to fine-tune messaging directed at C-suite personas.

• Convert high-stakes customer risks into technical designs and actionable requirements that guide core product development.
