Senior Director, Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee underwriting performance for the account-level profitability of a Fortune 20 company.

• Formulate and execute claims reserving strategies.

• Perform forecasting, variance analysis, risk management, and optimization tasks.

• Assess performance metrics concerning growth, customer experience, contract adherence, and profitability.

• Facilitate monthly and quarterly business review meetings with both internal and external leadership.

• Manage pricing claims reserves and implement pricing and risk modifications.

• Cultivate client relationships while offering performance insights and subject matter expertise.

• Assist with the monthly financial closing process and annual/quarterly forecasting.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Strategy, Legal, and Technology teams to create a long-term growth strategy.

• Enhance claims adjudication, fraud management, and data quality processes.

• Lead both direct and indirect reports, instilling accountability, fostering collaboration, and promoting data-driven decision-making.
