Senior Director, Product Transformation, Integration

📋 Description

• Assist the Product organization in effectively implementing the Pit Lane operating model.

• Convert the Chief Product Officer's (CPO) transformation vision into a cohesive cross-system execution.

• Concentrate on the integration, sequencing, and embedding efforts necessary to ensure the Pit Lane model is sustainable.

• Identify systemic challenges early and present them for prompt decision-making.

• Lead or co-lead a targeted set of initiatives sponsored by the CPO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in senior leadership, transformation, business operations, strategy execution, or related fields.

• Proven experience in leading or supporting operating model changes within a federated or multi-system environment.

• Ability to effectively engage with multiple senior stakeholders and functions without formal line authority.

• Excellent executive communication skills and decision-making processes.

• Experience in translating broad strategic objectives into clear operational guidelines.
