This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Define, develop, and expand the next generation of oncology products at Viz.ai.
β’ Create a distinctive oncology product strategy based on customer requirements, market potential, competitive landscape, and Viz.ai's capabilities.
β’ Foster relationships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and leaders within health systems.
β’ Identify unmet needs and market opportunities, translating them into business cases for prioritizing investments.
β’ Engage directly with customers and users while observing competitors, emerging technologies, and evolving oncology care models.
β’ Oversee products throughout their lifecycle from insights and concepts to requirements, launch, adoption, and optimization.
β’ Compose product requirements documents that link user challenges, needs, and business justification.
β’ Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Inbound Product Management to create intuitive, clinically relevant products.
β’ Utilize AI-native and agentic tools to validate ideas with customers prior to allocating engineering resources.
β’ Work alongside Business Development, Commercial, Sales, and Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies, value propositions, positioning, and partnerships with key customers and design partners.
β’ Collaborate with Clinical teams and the Chief Medical Officer to ensure that go-to-market claims and positioning are clinically valid.
β’ Establish and track metrics related to adoption, engagement, customer value, commercial success, and patient outcomes.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in oncology-adjacent healthcare fields such as clinical, commercial, diagnostics, or life sciences.
β’ Deep understanding of the oncology ecosystem and clinical workflows.
β’ More than 5 years of product management experience in developing and launching complex healthcare, software, AI, or technology products.
β’ Strong commercial acumen, including market analysis, buyer insights, and linking product decisions to revenue and growth.
β’ Established relationships within the oncology ecosystem or the ability to swiftly gain credibility with prominent clinicians and KOLs.
β’ Strong grasp of modern AI products and a passion for agentic, AI-native development.
β’ Proficient in prototyping concepts using tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capable of making decisions with incomplete information.
β’ Familiarity with oncology-specific EHR or workflow systems like Epic Beacon, iKnowMed, or ARIA is advantageous.
β’ Experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical partnership models in oncology is a plus.
β’ Oncology clinical licensure (MD, APP/PA/NP, or RN with oncology specialization) is a plus but not mandatory.
β’ An advanced degree (MD, MBA, or MPH) is a plus but not essential.
